Custom Promotional Bandanas

One of the hottest selling items of late are Custom Promotional Bandanas.  What’s great about bandanas are that they are one size fits all and they are reasonably priced for give-aways and marketing promotions.

If you are looking for awesome merch or promotional give-aways, then custom bandanas are the way to go.  Custom bandanas are easy to order. Most of the decorations are between 1 and 3 colors. Standard bandanas are 100% cotton, 22″ x 22″ in size and 68/80 weaving.

Our bandanas are screen printed using discharge inks. You have two options.  The first option is discharge printing without pigment, the second is discharge printing with pigment. The difference is subtle. Without pigment, the final result is the natural color of cotton showing as the design. With pigment you can add any color to the design up to 3 colors.

Keep in mind that if you want white whites, we have to add white pigment and that will give a slight feel to traditional low hand discharge prints.  Any pigment that is added will add a slight hand to the final product.

AMBRO Manufacturing is a Custom Bandana Printer located in Flemington, New Jersey. We manufacture 22″ x 22″, 100% cotton bandanas, right here in the USA. Our bandanas are soft, square and can be decorated in up to 6 colors.

If you are interested in custom bandana merch or bandanas with your logo and design, we can help. We offer edge-to-edge bandana printing in up to 4 colors. We currently offer 17 different base color bandanas.

Each bandana is made with soft and durable cotton and has a merrowed edge. The majority of our custom bandanas are made using 1 or 2 colors of design print, but we can print up to 6 colors if you would like.

BandanasOnline.com is our bandana division. Though this division we manufacture bandanas from high quality cotton fabric. Each bandana measures 22″ x 22″ and we offer up to 6 colors of print.

Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we care about quality and as such we do our production right here in our own facility.  We can oversee every step in the process to ensure superior quality control from start to finish on every job we handle.  We have our own knitting machines that we use to fabricate your beanies and scarves just from the colored strands of yarn.  Since we control the production, you can modify features of your beanies and scarves like adding pom poms, fringe, or cuffs.  Also, you’ll be able to perfectly match your beanies and scarves together for a coordinating set.

Custom Knitting is no longer an exlusive off-shore process. AMBRO Manufacturing is located in New Jersey. We manufacture beanies and scarfs from yarn to finished product. We stock 23+ different colors of yarn and offer small run, quick turn-around times or large production run scheduled orders. Acrylic Screen Printing

If you’ve tried screen printing in the past and not really enjoyed the feel of your print, you probably weren’t getting acrylic screen printing.  If you had gotten acrylic water-based screen printing you’d be raving about how luxurious your print feels because you’d be feeling the fabric more than the ink!  That’s because acrylic water-based screen printing uses specially formulated water based inks that allow you to get ultra-soft hand to your prints without compromising color quality at all.  AMBRO Manufacturing offers custom screen printing using water-based acrylic inks.

Acrylic Screen Printing

Most typical screen printing is done with plastisol inks, which are fine for plenty of uses, however they aren’t ideal for certain lightweight fabrics, fashion prints, and all over coverage designs.  The problem is that they lack a solvent and are comprised of micro-plastic solids which means when you send them through a heater to cure the print feels tougher and a bit heavier than when wet. Acrylic inks are created differently so they won’t leave behind a rough hand while still giving you solid color and great coverage.  In fact, acrylic water-based screen printing is really the only way to do all over prints since you’ll be covering most of the garment with ink and you don’t want it to feel like a leaded apron! Unless you are planning to go to the dentists for some x-rays, you won’t want your t-shirt feeling like a lead blanket.

The primary difference between using water-based screen printing inks and plastisol inks can be noticed in the final feel of the print. Typically, plastisol inks feel heavy and like a plastic or rubber, where water-based inks have a very light feeling and are hardly noticeable to the touch.  Where consumers would commonly see water-based screen printed tees would be at a concert. Most multi-color concert tees are printed using this ink set.

The strategy behind choosing a water-based ink comes down to the number of colors used in the design. Since each color requires more ink on the fabric, the heavier the fabric will become. If you are developing a project that requires one color of print, while you could use water-based inks, it’s not necessary. However, if that project was 9-10 colors, water-based inks would be recommended.
