Well professional t-shirt printing is when you get your company logo screen printed or embroidered on a t-shirt.

Professional T-shirt Printing

In case you are not familiar with screen printing or embroidery here is a little background on each one. Screen printing is the printing process where ink is pressed into a screen and onto fabric, in this case that fabric is your professional t-shirt. It is then heated to 325 degrees to dry the ink and create a bond with the t-shirt. You can choose your professional t-shirt to be any color and you can also choose the ink to be any color as well. Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread. So if you wanted to go with embroidery you can get a polo shirt in let’s say, black. You can get the left chest embroidered with your company logo in the company colors and on the right chest you can get your name embroidered with say white thread. There are many different ways you can get your professional t-shirts embroidered.

An example for screen printing is you could get a black button down short sleeve shirt and get your company logo screen printed on the full back in white ink and you could also get your company name screen printed on the left chest. Another idea is you can get polo’s and just get the company name screen printed on the left or right sleeve. The equipment can be expensive and hard to get a hold of so most of the large format screen printing is done using non-screen printing, which would be sublimation. But here at AMBRO Manufacturing we offer unique large format screen printing as well as traditional screen printing.

Large Format Silk Screen Printing

The process of large format silk screen printing begins with creating a specialized jumbo screen, which we produce ourselves in house. The screens are custom built for each job. Once the screen is developed our artist converts the artwork on a specialized digital film. After that process the image is transferred to specialized screens through a large formant UV curing system. After the screen dry they are mounted on our large format screen printing presses and the printing can begin. Large format silk screen printing is the same as traditional screen printing except on a larger scale.
