Custom Foil Printed T Shirts

Foil printing has been around for quite a while and is starting to make its comeback into the screen printing world. There are not many screen printing companies that have foil to produce custom foil printing t shirts. AMBRO Manufacturing is that place you can go to, to have a custom foil printed t shirt made. Custom Foil Printed T Shirts

Custom foil printing t- shirts has a different process than normal screen printing. The process for custom foil printing t-shirts starts off with a normal screen print. After the area you want to be in foil is screen printed with ink, you have to cut the foil and place it color side up over the area to be foiled. Once you have done this you can heat press it onto the shirt. The temperature you want to have the heat press at is 325-350F. After you have heat pressed the foil you have to wait until the foil and ink have completely cooled before peeling the foil off.

At AMBRO Manufacturing we use self-weeding foil. This means that after the ink and foil have completely cooled, when you peel the piece of foil off it will automatically leave whatever is over the ink on the shirt.
