I’m sure you took one look at the words Relabeling and thought what in the world does that mean? Well in short Relabeling is when you cut a tag out of a shirt or article of clothing and replace it with a tag of your own. So say you had a bunch of shirts and there tags said “Hanes” and you wanted the tag to say something else, you would cut out the Hanes tag and replace it with whatever tag you wanted, pretty simple right?
There are two ways you can remove the tags for Relabeling. You can unstitch the collar and remove the tag that way or you can just cut the tag out with a pair of scissors. When cutting the tag out of a shirt you want to be very careful not to damage the product by cutting a hole in it or not cutting the tag close enough to the collar. There are a couple different ways you can relabel/de-label. You can have a normal tag or you can get AFM which can either be screen printing or vinyl. A lot of people choose to get the screen printing or vinyl because many people don’t like having an itchy tag on their clothes.
You also can choose whatever you want to be said on your tag, to your business name, or a design or business logo. Now the question to ask is who can relabel/de-label my clothes and where are they? Well if you go online I am sure you can find someone but they will be in different states, but did you know that there is someone right in your backyard that offers Relabeling?
