We know you are probably thinking “How is AMBRO Manufacturing even able to make custom sports headbands and be able to put our names and numbers on them as well?” Well we can, we would do a cut and sew process to make your headbands. We would start by cutting out the proper size of material that we would sublimate the logo and the custom names and numbers onto. Once the material has been sublimated onto, then we would sew the material that is sublimated with your logo and name and number into your custom headband.

We use a 100% polyester material to create your custom headbands. We use 100% polyester because with sublimation you must use polyester because the inks are created to infuse into the material. Also when sublimating onto any material it must always start out white so that you will get a bright vibrant color on your material. With custom headbands you and your whole team will be looking awesome on the field and off the field.

Custom Sweatbands

Did you just open up at new gym and are looking to add some clothing to the little store? Or maybe you have your own softball team and are looking to get something for your team to keep the sweat out of their faces. Well did you ever think about custom sweatbands? Custom sweatbands are sweatbands that are custom embroidered or screen printed or even sublimated with a design or logo of your choosing. There are many different sweatbands to choose from. We can get terry cloth sweatbands or elastic sweatbands. Whichever you prefer I’m sure we can get for you.

Custom Sweatbands

If you choose to go with a terry cloth sweatband we could embroider your design or logo on them. We have a selection of different thread colors for you to choose from. If you go with an elastic sweatband we can screen print or even sublimate then. If you choose sublimation your sweatband would need to be 100% polyester or polyester based. It would also have to be white but you can sublimate the entire headband any color you choose. Sublimation is the better way to go with custom sweat bands because with sublimation your image or logo will cover the entire sweatband from seam to seam. With screen printing you can choose whatever color sweat band you would like and you can pick whatever ink colors you would like.
