Relabeling and Finishing

So let’s say you’ve been creating custom designs on garments for some time now.  You have your regular customers and a decent stock of designs that you can sell.  You’ve generated enough of a profit now that you can start thinking about expanding your operations.  How can you, as a custom garment designer, continue and grow your retail sales?  Have you considered relabeling and finishing your custom garments?

Relabeling and Finishing

Relabeling and finishing your garments can really take your business to the next level.  By making your custom garments “retail ready” you are increasing the perceived value of your goods and you can ask for higher prices!  What relabeling and finishing your custom goods entails is replacing the manufacturer’s label with your own custom label and having the printed products folded, bagged and tagged, ready for the shelves.  The best part about relabeling & finishing is that if you work with a printing company, you don’t have to do any of the labor!

At AMBRO Manufacturing, we can provide you with the relabeling services that you need to make the next big leap in your custom garment designing business.  For our relabeling, we can carefully remove the pre-existing labels on the garment and then have your own custom tag screen printed or stitched on.  Then we’ll fold each garment, wrap it in a heat seal bag, and place a size sticker on it so all you need to do is unpack and display your beautiful custom artwork.  So if you’re ready to shake off the training wheels and start making big strides in the custom garment industry, come check us out today.  You can contact us to place an order for custom relabeling and finishing, or to find out more about our company and printing services, by email or by calling us at (908) 806-8337.

Relabeling T-shirts

Did you just open up a shop and looking for someone to re-label your t-shirts that you plan on selling? Or do you have no idea what re-labeling t-shirts is or maybe you do and have no idea where to find someone who offers re-labeling t-shirts? Well first let me tell you what re-labeling means. Re-labeling is when you remove a label out of a shirt or clothing product and replace it with your very own label. There are only two ways to remove the tag so you can start the relabeling process. The first way is to unstitch the collar where the tag is, take out the tag and replace with your own tag and then sew the collar back together. The second way is to get as close as you can to the stitches with a pair of scissors and cut the tag off. Either way will work but you need to be careful so you don’t damage the shirt.

There are also a couple ways you can re-label your t-shirts as well. You can just use a regular old normal tag or you can use screen printing or vinyl for your tag. A lot of people choose vinyl or screen printing for re-labeling because many people don’t like the itchiness of the tags but when using that you need to be careful because if you have a light shirt you may be able to see the vinyl/screen printed tag through the shirt. Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we not only offer screen printing and sublimation along with embroidery and other printing processes but we also offer re-labeling t-shirts as well.

AMBRO Manufacturing is located in Flemington, NJ and all of our printing process and embroidery is done in house. Which means we do everything ourselves in our building. If you would like to learn more about re-labeling t-shirts please call (908) 806-8337 or email us today.

Relabeling

I’m sure you took one look at the words Relabeling and thought what in the world does that mean? Well in short Relabeling is when you cut a tag out of a shirt or article of clothing and replace it with a tag of your own. So say you had a bunch of shirts and there tags said “Hanes” and you wanted the tag to say something else, you would cut out the Hanes tag and replace it with whatever tag you wanted, pretty simple right?

Relabeling

There are two ways you can remove the tags for Relabeling. You can unstitch the collar and remove the tag that way or you can just cut the tag out with a pair of scissors. When cutting the tag out of a shirt you want to be very careful not to damage the product by cutting a hole in it or not cutting the tag close enough to the collar. There are a couple different ways you can relabel/de-label. You can have a normal tag or you can get AFM which can either be screen printing or vinyl. A lot of people choose to get the screen printing or vinyl because many people don’t like having an itchy tag on their clothes.

You also can choose whatever you want to be said on your tag, to your business name, or a design or business logo. Now the question to ask is who can relabel/de-label my clothes and where are they? Well if you go online I am sure you can find someone but they will be in different states, but did you know that there is someone right in your backyard that offers Relabeling? That’s right AMBRO Manufacturing, which is located in Flemington, NJ, not only offers printing processes for shirts and other clothes but we also offer Relabeling.  We strive on making sure your label looks professional. If you’re interested in having us relabel/de-label your clothes call (908) 806-8337 or email us today.
