All Over Shirt Printing

All Over Shirt Printing requires specialized equipment that most contract screen printing companies don’t have, but we do 🙂

Typical screen printing imprint areas are 14″ x 16″ and are suitable for the “standard” front or back print of a T-Shirt.  When designers, artists and T-Shirt fanatics want all over printing on the sleeves, the neck, the waist, then it’s time to roll out the jumbo screen printing presses and create All Over Shirt Printing works of art.

As a specialized textile, garment and fabric decorator, AMBRO Manufacturing specializes in All Over Shirt Printing via screen printing and All Over Shirt Printing via custom dye sublimation printing.  Both technologies offer different advantages and have their limitations, which one you choose for your project is up to you and we’re happy to help consult with you during your planning stages.

All Over Shirt Printing using oversized screen printing offers the benefit of using any type of shirt made from any type of fabric.  You can have your design span the entire front or back of the garment, and the print will lay on top of the fabric, just like regular screen printing.  Multiple colors can be used and additives can be mixed in with your inks to provide a smooth touch to any design.  The overall area does include sleeves, neck and waist, and some customers print wrap around T-Shirts.

All Over Shirt Printing using custom dye sublimation offers the benefit of vivid colors, 360 degree printing and virtually full saturation of the design into the fabric of the garment.  Complex details including photos print with vivid realism.  There is no feel to a sublimation print, as the design is deeply fused into the fabric itself, making the print appear as if the fabric were made with the print already in it.
