Now you have to remember that when doing dye-sublimation you must use t-shirts made of 50% or more of polyester or polyester materials. We recommend using 100% polyester because the image will come out the best on 100% polyester. Also don’t forget the t-shirt must be White because there is no such thing as White sublimation ink.

When comparing the costs and turn around times required for cut and sew projects, where these nuances are a non issue, post sewn custom dye sublimation is often an acceptable alternative, even with these factors.
