Contract screen printing is when a customer provides their goods on a weekly or monthly basis and someone else screen prints or embroiders them. Contract Screen Printing

Now traditional screen printing is the process where screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and burned with your artwork. After that process they are loaded up onto a printing press and covered with ink. Once they are covered with ink they are then transferred to the fabric of your choosing. Large screen printing is essentially the same process except on a larger scale. Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images into any material as long as it is polyester or polyester based. This process is best used on 100% polyester products and they must be white.

4 color Process Screen Printing

4 color Process Screen printing is an awesome screen printing process. When doing a four color process screen printing job it is done pretty much just like your basic printer. With 4 color process screen printing you will use your basic color the CMYK colors. C for Cyan, M for Magenta, Y for Yellow, and K for Black. With these four colors you can create a whole array of colors by mixing the proper colors and percentages together. Just like a printer would do when printing an image onto a piece of paper but it is a little more difficult with a t-shirt because the t-shirt can move.

Our company employs 19 Americans.  We operated out of a 15,000 sqft. facility in New Jersey and we pay above average wages, taxes and provide free products back to the local communities.  You can’t do all of that, AND offer USA Screen Printing at Chinese or Mexican prices.

This is no dig on our partners to the south or the east.  It’s simply a fact that in those countries they pay sub-par wages, have dangerous and unhealthy working environment and provide no benefits to their local communities.

Since USA Screen Printing companies, like us, pay our people well, pay our taxes and help our communities, we simply can’t afford to sell you a 5 color printed T-Shirt for $2.00.

So ultimately, the decision on where to spend your screen printing dollars is up to you.  If you only concerned about price, are comfortable with how off shore partners operate and are willing to wait for your product, then working off shore is the best option for you.

If you care about your community, your country and the employment of your fellow American’s then USA Screen Printing is the way to go.

American screen printers can be competitive and there is room for everyone to make a profit, but comparing off shore screen printing resources to USA Screen Printing resources, by price alone, will always result in off shore resources being the least expensive (in terms of dollars).

If everyone in the U.S. tried as hard as they could to keep their business in the U.S. our economic future would look vastly different than it does today.  Our intent in this BLOG post was not to spur a political debate on the benefit of supporting U.S. Manufacturing, rather highlight that USA Screen Printing is alive and well, and the right choice for many when off shore resources don’t meet your needs.

All Over Dye-Sublimation T-Shirt Printing

AMBRO Manufacturing wants you to have the best all over dye-sublimation t-shirt printing. With minimums as low as 12 pieces per run how can you not go for that. Most companies require a minimum of 72 or more pieces per run when doing all over dye-sublimation t-shirt printing. We can take any image that you want as long as you have the proper licensing to print the image and we can dye-sublimate it to the t-shirt you would like. Now you have to remember that when doing dye-sublimation you must use t-shirts made of 50% or more of polyester or polyester materials. We recommend using 100% polyester because the image will come out the best on 100% polyester. Also don’t forget the t-shirt must be White because there is no such thing as White sublimation ink.
