Digital Sublimation

Getting clothing printed is much easier in today’s world than it has been in the past. Everywhere you look there is some sort of screen printing or embroidery shop right in front of you. Digital Sublimation is a fantastic way to decorate any T-Shirt.

Besides screen printing, we also do digital sublimation. This is another type of printing that will be able to get you very bright, vibrant colors. Unlike screen printing, dye sublimation consists of using a special paper transfer of the design to be printed. When heat pressed the ink on the paper turns into a vapor, which gets dyed into the fabric. With digital sublimation you don’t have to worry about how many colors the print is, since we can do full color.

To use dye sublimation, the shirt or whatever garment you are printing on has to be white and 100% polyester. This will ensure the best print possible. You also want to make sure that the image that you want to use is high resolution. If it is not, then you will risk a pixelated or blurry print. You can have an all over printed shirt with a cool pattern or a simple design, the world is your oyster.

Sublimation is the printing process where the ink is printed into the canvas and not onto it. This very simple technique is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Sublimation printing can only be done on material that is 100% with polyester, but don’t worry the fabric canvas we use is in fact 100% polyester. Sublimation printing doesn’t crack or fade and is long lasting so as long as you have your canvas you will have your print. For example, say you are looking for a trendy new sign for your business window. You can get your logo sublimated onto the canvas in however many colors your logo is.
