Designing your custom garments is easy with a quality T shirt screen printer.  If you’ve never had anything screen printed before, it’s actually quite an amazing process.  The artwork that is going to be printed is separated into layers of color; all areas of the same color are contained on the same layer.  Then a silk mesh screen, where screen printing gets its name from, is covered with a leak proof emulsion which blocks the holes in the mesh.  Using special exposure equipment, the image is burned into the emulsion and then washed off the screen, leaving the areas of the design exposed.  One by one, each screen is laid onto the garment and ink is dragged across the screen to leave the print on the surface of the fabric until the entire image is formed.  After a quick drying session to cure the ink, your custom T shirts are ready to wear.

Traditional screen printing is when you have screens in frames that are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with your artwork. Our screen printing services include oversized or jumbo screen printing which essentially the same as screen traditional screen printing except on a larger scale. This process begins with creating specialized jumbo screens which we produce ourselves in house. Not only do we produce the screens in house but they are custom built for each job. The smallest screen we offer for oversized screen printing is 40”X40”.
