Traditional screen printing is when you have screens in frames that are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with your artwork. Our screen printing services include oversized or jumbo screen printing which essentially the same as screen traditional screen printing except on a larger scale. This process begins with creating specialized jumbo screens which we produce ourselves in house. Not only do we produce the screens in house but they are custom built for each job. The smallest screen we offer for oversized screen printing is 40”X40”.

Screen printing is when screens that are in frames are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and then burned with the artwork. They are then loaded up onto a screen printing press and covered with ink. Sublimation is a versatile digital printing method which allows the ink to be printed into the fabric and not on it; Sublimation can only be done on 100% polyester, white shirts. With screen printing, because the setup is so messy and complicated it is best for doing orders or 12 or more. With sublimation you can get 1 or more shirts done but it can be pricey, and like I said before it can only be done on 100% polyester white t-shirts. For smaller runs being less the 12, they best way to go is vinyl. Vinyl printing is when a polyurethane vinyl is cut into a design and then heat applied to a shirt.

Below are 2 examples of custom t-shirt printing that are done in vinyl. If your husband is a gamer the shirt below is the perfect gift for him. It is a black t-shirt with white vinyl. Not only can you get your custom t-shirt done in one color vinyl the other t-shirt is done in 2 colors. It is a Navy t-shirt with White and Green vinyl. The process of large format silk screen printing begins with creating a specialized jumbo screen, which we produce ourselves in house. The screens are custom built for each job. Once the screen is developed our artist converts the artwork on a specialized digital film. After that process the image is transferred to specialized screens through a large formant UV curing system. After the screen dry they are mounted on our large format screen printing presses and the printing can begin. Large format silk screen printing is the same as traditional screen printing except on a larger scale.
